It was brilliant place for travelling to San Cristobal de las Casas, I was glad to stay there. The staff was kind, nice with every request. Had central location to centre of San Cristobal

There was no elevator.

the staff was absolutely lovely providing assistance. the location seemed marvellous close to the center. and it was also just off centre of san cristobal, pedestrian street, and shops.

We expected there would be lift, but didn't find it.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. the hotel is centrally located on a pedestrian street, and there was a diverse selection of delicious meals available.

The staff was very attentive, provided me with a new-fashioned a single room. Included central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen television, and the bed was very comfy. The service was good and the food was delicious! It was so sweet to get ironing free of charge too.

Beautiful hotel, it has excellent service, amazing location close to the center. The breakfast is served in the restaurant! Thank you for a great stay.

The building is very beautiful. Excellent location, very close to the restaurant and center of San Cristobal. Well-appointed hotel room with a large bed and private bathroom. Breakfast includes healthy options.

The room was well-appointed and immaculately clean. the wooden ceiling added a cozy touch to the room. It was in a central setting close to the center. An educational museum was just 1 km away.

The room was quiet with a lovely view and a small balcony for fresh air. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal, just a short walk from the bustling main pedestrian area.

The only small drawback was the coffee in the breakfast restaurant, as it lacked flavor. there are plenty of other breakfast options nearby, so it wasn't a major issue.

Booked it for 3 days and had a really amazing experience. the superior king room I got was included with a dresser as well as a wooden ceiling. the location was favorable and excellent, relatively near a vibrant museum. Set in 5 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were amiable and efficient.

The setting near the center of Mexico is marvelous and amazing, with an elegant and spacious room featuring a wooden ceiling, and a nice design, as well as outstanding service throughout the hotel.

Lovely staff, cozy room, delicious breakfast. Had a blast dealing with the taxi, multiple names for the hotel, weak coffee, and rowdy neighbors. How delightful!

The bed was too soft, like sleeping on clouds. So uncomfortable, I felt like I was floating in dreamland.
